Robin previously worked for bus operator Norfolk Green for eight years as Commercial Manager prior to its sale to Stagecoach, helping to achieve solid patronage growth in a largely rural area through innovative in-house marketing and community engagement.

This success culminated in Norfolk Green becoming the only independent operator ever to win the coveted UK Bus Operator of the Year title in 2010. Prior to this, Robin spent six years as Deputy Editor at passenger transport business publication Transit.
